We fix and run Google Business Profiles for Bangalore and Indian businesses: the right categories, your real business name, services, photos, posts and a steady flow of genuine reviews, so you show up in map results and AI answers can trust what they read. It runs inside our SEO retainer from ₹45,000 a month, or starts with our ₹40,000 one-time audit (plus 18% GST).

Everything Google and AI answers read.
Brands we run marketing for

Google Business Profile optimisation is making your free Google listing accurate, complete and active, so Google shows it when nearby buyers search and AI answers can rely on it.
Your profile is often the first thing a buyer sees: before your website, before your ads. It decides whether you appear in the map results for “near me” searches, what star rating people see, and whether they tap call, directions or website.
Google says it plainly. Its own list of best practices for AI Overviews and AI Mode includes keeping your Business Profile current (Google: AI features and your website).
We run it as part of SEO, not as a standalone listing job, because the profile and the website have to say the same thing.
We asked ChatGPT 8 buyer questions in our own category, from “best digital marketing agencies in Bangalore” to “SEO pricing”. For buyer questions it kept citing Clutch, GoodFirms and Google reviews. When we asked about SocialOrange by name, it quoted our Google rating back to us. That is our real rating, and it is what a buyer hears.
The lesson: your Google profile is part of your AI answer whether you manage it or not. A rating, a review count and the words customers use in reviews are facts an AI can find and repeat. A thin profile with a handful of old reviews is still a fact, just not a helpful one.
We are fixing our own profile with the same process we sell. We would rather tell you that than pretend our rating is something it isn’t.

One primary category that says what you are, and only the secondary categories that are true. Google asks for the fewest, most specific categories, not a keyword list.
Your real-world name, exactly as on your signboard and website. No added city names, service words or taglines.
Every service you actually sell, listed and described in plain words, matching the service pages on your website.
Real photos of your premises, team and work. Not stock images. Updated as the business changes.
Regular updates: offers, new services, events, answers to common questions. A profile that is active looks like a business that is open.
Where Google shows Q&A on your profile, we watch for questions and make sure the right answer comes from you, not a stranger.
A simple, honest way to ask every customer for a review, and a reply to every review, good or bad.
The same name, address and phone number on your website, profile, directories and listings, so Google and AI tools see one business, not three.
No. Google’s guidelines say your profile name must match the name you use in the real world, on your storefront, website and stationery. Adding service words, locations or taglines isn’t permitted. Here is what that looks like for a fictional clinic.
| Field | Within Google’s guidelines | Breaks Google’s guidelines |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Sharma Dental Clinic | Sharma Dental Clinic – Best Dentist in Jayanagar Bangalore |
| Categories | Dentist, plus Cosmetic dentist only if true | Ten categories added to catch more searches |
| Address | The real clinic address customers visit | A virtual office or P.O. box |
| Phone | A number the clinic answers directly | A call-centre or premium-rate number |
| Reviews | Every patient asked, no reward offered | Discounts for reviews, staff writing reviews, only happy patients asked |

Ask every customer, make it easy, never pay for it, and reply to all of them.
Google’s review policy removes reviews that are fake, paid for, or given in exchange for a discount or free service. It also bars businesses from asking only happy customers, discouraging negative reviews, setting staff quotas or telling customers what to write (Google Maps content policy). Google’s review markup rules, updated 24 July 2026, also ban fake and undisclosed incentivised reviews.
So we build the boring version that works:
NAP is your business name, address and phone number, and consistency means they read exactly the same everywhere your business appears.
Google, Bing and AI tools match your business across your website, your profile, directories such as Justdial and IndiaMART, review sites such as Clutch and GoodFirms, and social profiles. If one says “Pvt Ltd”, another uses an old address and a third has a different number, they have to guess whether these are the same business. Bing’s webmaster guidelines for AI answers ask for consistent entity names for the same reason.
We list every place your business appears, correct what’s out of date, and add structured data to your website that matches the visible text, as Google requires.

Audit my Google profile
With us it is part of the SEO retainer at ₹45,000 a month plus GST, or a ₹40,000 one-time audit. The audit fee is credited to your first invoice if you sign a retainer within 30 days.
No, unless they are genuinely part of your real business name. Google’s guidelines say the profile name must match the name on your signboard, website and stationery, and extra service or location words aren’t permitted.
Only if a review breaks Google’s policy, and then Google decides, not us. We flag fake or abusive reviews through Google’s process and write calm, specific replies to genuine complaints, which buyers read too.
No. Paid, incentivised or fake reviews break Google’s policy and get removed. We set up a simple way to ask every real customer, and that is all.
It can. When we asked ChatGPT about our own agency on 20 October 2026, it quoted our Google rating of 4.0 from 22 reviews, and for buyer questions it cited Google reviews alongside Clutch and GoodFirms.
The audit takes 2–3 weeks and the fixes go in straight after. Reviews and activity build over months, so judge it on calls and enquiries from the profile over a quarter, not a week.
Yes. Each location needs its own profile at a real address that customers can visit, and we quote multi-location work after the audit.
Message us on WhatsApp with your business name. We’ll tell you what Google and AI answers see today, and the one thing we would fix first.
